Robotic Arm Hydraulic And Pneumatic Project For Student
Robotic arm is one of the popular concepts in the robotic community. Robotic arms are very common in industries where they are mainly used in Assembly lines in manufacturing plants. Especially, the robotic arm of a pick-and-place robot is used for holding an object in industrial applications. This pick and place robot can be considered as basic robot that gives an introduction to robotics and robotics projects in several applications develop a robot arm using common materials. Students will explore design, construction, teamwork, and materials selection and use. Objectives learn design concepts. Learn teamwork. Learn problem solving techniques. Learn about simple machines. Anticipated learner outcomes design concepts teamwork needed in the design process impact of technology in manufacturing how it works as you push and pull the piston alternately the arms of the robotic arms gets open and close alternately. As you push, the arm will open up and as you pull the piston, the gets closed. Wyh: the arms of the robotic arm get open and closed because of the water pressure. When the piston of the free syringe is in pulled condition the arms are in the opened condition. When you push the piston, the water from that piston gets pushed and forces to enter into the other syringe. When water enters into the syringe connected with the main stand the piston of that syringe gets pushed out. As a result the rectangular piece slides on the main stand and thus the sticks connected with rectangular piece moves down. These cause the arms to get closed. Again when the by pulling piston of free syringe the water enters into it and the piston of the syringe at main stand gets pulled inside the syringe as a result of which the rectangular piece goes down and the arms gets opened again. The process continues by pulling and pushing the piston of free syringe and you robotic arms opens and closes continuously.
